  • STEP 1: Self-awareness (pre-program)
    Before implementing any changes, we take objective assessments and fill out a Three Day Food Record to get super clear on where your starting point is and what specifically you want to achieve in these 12 weeks.
  • STEP 2: Nutrition Fundamentals (2 weeks)
    We cut through the bullcrap of misinformation and get back to the basics of nutrition. We learn how to create balanced meals, purposeful snacks, and portion control.
  • STEP 3: Performance Nutrition (2 weeks)
    We build on the fundamentals with learning how to tweak our nutrition for optimizing our training. We dive into nutrient timing, macros, science-based weight cutting strategies and hydration.
  • STEP 4: Mindset Mastery (4 weeks)
    We address any mental blocks and negative self-talk you have that are holding you back from reaching your highest potential. We learn how to create morning routines, implement regular self-care practices, and utilize breathwork for stress management. This step will change your life alone and the only way to truly know is to experience it for yourself.
  • STEP 5: Recovery/Sleep (2 weeks)
    We zone in on rest days and creating nighttime routines that help improve your quality of sleep and recovery. We learn how to decrease inflammation, prevent overtraining, and benefits of performance supplements.
  • STEP 6: Bringing It Full Circle (2 weeks)

    In the final 2 weeks of the program, we do lots of reflection, test your learning retention and give you a template for creating your “performance blueprint” for integrating everything you learned moving forward.

I have had body dysmorphia issues most of my life and new my nutrition and fueling of my body was sorely lacking. How long is the program?

12 weeks long; Session dates vary, but program is generally held every 3 months.

The next session is being held from March 14, 2021 to June 6, 2021.

What are the program logistics?

Once you are accepted and complete enrollment, you will gain access to an online platform where you will be getting educational packets, handouts and videos as well as weekly homework assignments and check-in forms to track your progress.
We will hop on non-negotiable weekly group calls (every Sunday) to monitor progress and answer questions to support you on your journey to becoming a total badass.
You will also have access to me in between our group coaching sessions via Slack for any quick questions through the week. There is a 24-hour response time on weekdays and 48-hours on weekends.

Does this program include a specific nutrition plan and workout program?

You will get a customized nutrition plan based on your goals, medical needs, and food preferences but there will be NO cookie cutter programs included. Everything is customized to the individual, including a calorie and macro breakdown and meal timing recommendations based on your training and work schedule. You will also get lifetime access to my signature HIIT4BJJ cross-training program.
