Yes! I dedicate a whole training to helping you specifically figure out WHEN and WHAT to eat around your training to optimize your performance, improve recovery time, and have sustainable energy for class.
It's important to know that resistance is normal. However, in this program, before we dive into ANY nutrition-specific training, I provide a detailed training (along with integration works and prompts) to help you shift your perspective and cultivate a healthy relationship with food and tracking. We address WHY you have those fears and work to re-wire them, so that you can feel more confident navigating macros. I believe macro tracking is ONE TOOL that can support you in your health journey, but ultimately my goal is to simply nutrition, help you feel confident and safe exploring macros, and craft a nutrition strategy that will support you in reaching your goals.
If you have been clinically diagnosed with an eating disorder/body dysmorphia in the past and/or are currently engaging in destructive behaviors, this program may not be a good fit for you. Although I aim to help you shift your mindset and relationship with food in this program, the nature of macro tracking can be very triggering for those who have a severely distorted relationship with food and their body.
