FAQ

Does this program include a meal plan?

You will get general science-proven nutrition guidelines, in addition to examples of how to craft your meals and snacks to optimize your results, but there is no custom coaching included. If you're a female athlete who wants to be supported with your nutrition on a 1:1 basis, the only way to do so is through The Performance Blueprint.

Is this program only for weight loss?

No! This program will teach you how to curate your calories, macros, and meal timing for goals of weight loss, muscle building, body recomposition and maintenance. 

Will I learn how to integrate meal timing with my training schedule?

Yes! I dedicate a whole training to helping you specifically figure out WHEN and WHAT to eat around your training to optimize your performance, improve recovery time, and have sustainable energy for class.

I often experience a lot of fear, resistance and anxiety around macro tracking. Should I do this program?

It's important to know that resistance is normal. However, in this program, before we dive into ANY nutrition-specific training, I provide a detailed training (along with integration works and prompts) to help you shift your perspective and cultivate a healthy relationship with food and tracking. We address WHY you have those fears and work to re-wire them, so that you can feel more confident navigating macros. I believe macro tracking is ONE TOOL that can support you in your health journey, but ultimately my goal is to simply nutrition, help you feel confident and safe exploring macros, and craft a nutrition strategy that will support you in reaching your goals.

I have history of an eating disorder. Should I do this program?

If you have been clinically diagnosed with an eating disorder/body dysmorphia in the past and/or are currently engaging in destructive behaviors, this program may not be a good fit for you. Although I aim to help you shift your mindset and relationship with food in this program, the nature of macro tracking can be very triggering for those who have a severely distorted relationship with food and their body. Before purchasing, I invite you you message me privately on Instagram first @nattiebossrd ; together, we can determine if this is a good fit for you, based on where you are mentally, emotionally, and psychologically in your relationship to food and body.
