We recommend you wear something casual, comfortable, and classy - something that makes you feel confident and empowered, but that is also easy to move in!
Shoes are not allowed on the mat, so if you are uncomfortable being barefoot, we recommend bringing a pair of socks!
Any woman ages 18 years and up is welcome to our events!
Even though we will be providing food and beverages, we do recommend you bring a reusable water bottle, as our facility is in the process of reducing our environmental footprint.
