I came to this program because I wanted to be true to myself, which for this program was embodying being a beautiful athlete. I wanted to be a more optimal expression of myself. I began early with counting my macros and quickly experienced weight loss and then later incorporated portion macro meal goals and now embrace a vegan diet. I've lost over 20 lbs and am open to my body telling me what my best weight is versus my mind having a number that sounds good. I've loved the HIIT workouts, and all that I've learned about how to support myself to feel my best. I feel more focused, I feel younger (today is my 54th Bday, I don't feel like this body, mind, or soul is 54 at all). I feel like I am supporting myself with confidence, instead of some guessing or more experimenting. The best has been how I have been able to support my son with his JJ journey through what I have learned in this program.

Through the Performance Blueprint Program, I have gained a better mindset with food and meal tracking. I used to have so much resistance with tracking my meals, and it caused me to feel like a failure before even beginning the process. I was mentally stuck to being the same person I was over 6 years ago. My life is not the same, and so I could no longer be that woman mentally or physically. I had to release that control and limited belief and become the best version of myself now. I have learned to fully accept where I am, and honor my needs and wants. I have learned to fuel my body for training and competitions, yet still enjoy the foods that I have grown to love. I have achieved balance with my nutrition, and that has given me so much peace of mind. I have learned to trust myself, and to stop looking externally for an answer to all my problems. I have left that place and am now in a state of gratitude for my body, and rely on my mindset to get me through any obstacles that come my way. I have explored breathwork and incorporate it every single day. All of this has also motivated me to explore a higher spiritual journey, and I am enjoying every moment of it-- it has changed my life. I have become a whole different person because this program has shown me that I am enough. This is definitely an awakening for me that I will never forget. I am a better person, mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend because of it. Thank you so much.

I come from a background of always being an athlete and at the top of my game. I went to the world series of softball as a teenager, competed at the national level in equestrian, showed dogs at Westminster, and set state records in powerlifting. Naturally, I wanted to be the best with jiu jitsu. I'm used to cutting weight for the lifting comps, but those get 24 hours to refuel. BJJ gives you about 24 minutes before you compete--whole different ballgame! I was so fatigued I could barely tell my body what to do after a few matches and I just knew there had to be a different way. I chatted with Nattie, and the rest was history. :) I learned through the program that I was overtraining and under-recovering, especially as a masters athlete. This program taught me that it's okay to not go 100% every training session and in fact, you shouldn't! It has led to decreased burnout and fatigue, and less tweaks! Mindset was another huge difference for me. I was full of self-sabotage and I had sometimes had myself beat before I even entered the venue. Learning the tweaks to mindset and being given the tools to overcome those hurdles has been priceless. I started to notice a difference within a week! You can start to apply so much of it right away, and you truly get out what you put in. When you're ready and willing to make the change, the door is wide open.
