HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1: Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a mandatory detailed athlete questionnaire to complete before our call.
Step 2: Once I receive the completed questionnaire, we will schedule a Zoom call to go through my detailed framework.
Step 3: After 60 minutes, you will walk away with confidence and clarity in what you need to do to optimize your nutrition for jiujitsu. (I will also send you the recording of our session, once it processes.)
